Dr. Martin joined Red River Hospital in 1986, attending Medical School at the University of Kansas Medical School, Kansas City, KA., completing a Rotating Internship at David Grant USAF Medical Center; a Primary Course Aerospace Medicine, Brooks AFB, Texas, his Residency in Adult Psychiatry at Menninger School of Psychiatry, and his Residency in Child Psychiatry at Langley Porter Neuropsychiatric Institute, University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Martin’s credentials include: Chief, Aerospace Medicine RAF; Commander, Bolling AFB Dispensary; Chief, Mental Health Service, USAF Regional Hospital SAFB; Retired with the rank of Colonel and Consultant to the Surgeon General. Dr. Martin holds the following Board Certifications: American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. – Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry with a Special Certification in Addictionology. He is licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and California. Dr. Martin currently holds the following appointments Medical Director/CEO – Rose Street Mental Health Care and Texas Medical Foundation Reviewer.

Dr. Anderson joined Red River Hospital in 2003, attending Medical School at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Columbia, SC., and completing his residency at Wright State School of Medicine. Dr. Anderson is the founder of Foundations, a private practice in Wichita Falls. Dr. Anderson is Board Certified in Psychiatry, and has strong ties to the Wichita Falls community. Dr. Anderson holds the rank of Captain in the USAF; serving as a Staff Psychiatrist at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. He has specialized experience in the area of addiction treatment, PTSD, and a well-rounded training in both pharmacological and psychotherapy.

Dr. Sanchez-Leal joined Red River Hospital in 1995, attending medical school at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa, FL, and completing his Internship and Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston, TX. Dr. Sanchez-Leal holds an appointment as Clinical Instructor, University of North Texas, Department of Family Practice, Wichita Falls, TX – 2003 to Present. Dr. Sanchez-Leal was born in Havana, Cuba and speaks English, Spanish and some American Sign Language.

Dr. Dismukes joined Red River Hospital in 2007, attending medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteo Medicine, Philadelphia, PA., completing her Residency and Internship at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Dr. Dismukes’ credentials include: U.S. Army Officer, Combat Veteran OIF Chief, and Family Mental Health Services, Ft. Sill. She is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry, and Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Dismukes is active in the Wichita Falls community, serving on various organizations.

Dr. Wieck joined Red River Hospital in 1996, attending medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at Galveston, TX., and completing his Residency at University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas, TX. Dr. Wieck’s experience includes: Private Psychiatric Practice (7 years); Assessment Specialty; and Medication Management with referral to therapists as needed. He is affiliated with Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians and the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Butera joined Red River Hospital in 2003, attending medical school at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa, FL., and completing his Internship and Residency there also. Dr. Butera currently holds Active Staff privileges with United Regional Health Care System and Consulting Staff privileges at Kell West Regional Hospital.
