Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Inpatient Program

The Child and Adolescent Program  is on a 14 bed unit specializing in treating psychiatric, behavioral and substance abuse disorders in youth ages 5-17. Treatment services are focused on helping patients and their families develop the necessary coping skills to deal with the stressors that led to the need for hospitalization. A Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist oversees the multi-disciplinary treatment team who prescribe a multitude of treatment modalities including daily group therapies, didactic educational groups, family  therapy, individual counseling, and medication management. A positive reinforcement behavioral level system offers additional structure and rewards.
