When You Call

Customer Intake Associates are available 24/7 to respond to calls and to assure each person is linked with the appropriate professional. Whether the caller is a family member, an individual in crisis, or a professional wanting to refer a patient for evaluation, an Intake Clinician is available to help. Our Intake Clinicians are licensed professionals, skilled with responding to crisis calls, providing detailed information regarding community services, and coordinating evaluations or admissions with a referring practitioner.

For Evaluations

Crisis and risk assessments are conducted 24/7 by our Intake Clinicians, specializing in crisis intervention services to readily assess for the appropriate level of care. Each clinician brings years of experience in behavioral healthcare, has a comprehensive knowledge of community services, works with the referring practitioners and families to address individual needs, and is sensitive to persons in crisis and their need for prompt and effective resolution.

For Admission

Persons being admitted to Red River Hospital’s treatment programs can be assured that the Intake Clinicians understand the importance of managing the details of the assessment and admission process to meet individual needs. The Admissions Team oversees coordination between the referral sources, insurance companies, community providers, and the family.

Reducing the stress of seeking acute care is our team’s ultimate goal.
