CEO: Brian Beutin
Brian Beutin joined Haven Behavioral Health in 2007. He served as CEO at Rolling Hills prior to becoming the CEO of Red River Hospital in 2009. Mr. Beutin’s educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and M.B.A. in Health Care Management. Beutin has worked with health care organizations in multiple states. He has a broad range of experience in behavioral health care, beginning his work as mental health technician and working his way up to the position of CEO. Beutin has owned a health care consulting business and worked as the Director of Operations for an HMO. In addition, he served as a member of multiple professional groups and is an affiliate member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Beutin has served as a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where he has five years experience teaching in human services and business programs, as well as graduate courses in business, health care and nursing.

Chief Financial Officer (Interim): Brian Vaughan
Brian Vaughan’s educational background includes a B.S. in Political Science and a M.S. in Accounting. Vaughan has worked with health care organizations since 1995 in multiple states, including South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico and Texas. Vaughan has been working in hospitals of varying sizes, from 107 to 498 beds. He has a broad range of experience in health care, beginning his work in accounting and decision support.

Director of Nursing: Ronald R. Hall RN, MSN
Mr. Hall has been with Red River Hospital 2 years. He received his BSN and MSN from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas, and completed thesis work on the role of a psychiatric nurse in an inpatient state funded facility. Mr. Hall’s active duty military background included 7 years as an EW/SIGINT Morse Systems and High Frequency Direction Finding Operator. In 2008 he received a direct commission in the USAFR - the Nurse Corps as a 46P3 Mental Health Nurse; currently participating in unit training assignments monthly. Ron has also acted as an adjunct clinical faculty for both Pediatric & Mental Health courses. He is the President of the Sigma Theta Tau International, Xi lota Chapter. Ron’s professional interests include: Nursing Research, Family Relationships, Mental Health Nursing & Child and Adolescent issues. His personal interests are: family functions, leather crafting, art, welding, carpentry, motorcycles, outdoor activities, and farming.

Director of Business Development: J Yvonne Downs
Yvonne Downs has 20 years of marketing experience with 12 years of experience at Red River Hospital. She has served as a Business Development Director for 7 years and as a community liaison 5 years prior. She has experience with sales and marketing in healthcare, community outreach and financial institutions with a vast knowledge of Texas and Oklahoma’s community needs and services. Yvonne finds it very rewarding to be involved in making a difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones.
