CEO: Brian Beutin
Brian Beutin joined Haven Behavioral Health in 2007. He served as CEO at Rolling Hills prior to becoming the CEO of Red River Hospital in 2009. Mr. Beutin’s educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and M.B.A. in Health Care Management. Beutin has worked with health care organizations in multiple states. He has a broad range of experience in behavioral health care, beginning his work as mental health technician and working his way up to the position of CEO. Beutin has owned a health care consulting business and worked as the Director of Operations for an HMO. In addition, he served as a member of multiple professional groups and is an affiliate member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Beutin has served as a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where he has five years experience teaching in human services and business programs, as well as graduate courses in business, health care and nursing.

Chief Financial Officer:
Lee Mitchell
Lee Mitchell, CFO joined Haven Behavioral Healthcare bringing over 35 years of healthcare experience. His career started in Grand Prairie, Texas in patient accounting and progressed through a variety of positions of increasing responsibility as both his experience and education continued. He received his Bachelor’ Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas in Arlington. Shortly after earning his degree, Lee was promoted to CFO and Assisted in opening a new hospital. He has over 25 years of senior healthcare financial management experience in both acute medical/surgical and psychiatric hospitals. His experience includes responsibility for multiple operations, specialty programs, laboratory, home health and residential treatment.
Lee’s broad experience in operational management lends to his ability to work with corporate and board management, physicians and staff across all departments. He has the distinction of achieving exceptional audit scores for tow healthcare corporations. He enjoys teaching and recognizing exceptional staff for career development. As such, a number of his staff have been recognized and promoted-out to hospital management positions. Lee is a native Texan and returned home in 2004 following positions in Missouri, Arkansas and Ohio.

Director of Nursing:
Kylene Hebert RN, BSN
Kylene Hebert has been with Red River Hospital for five years. Originally from Florida, she received her nursing degree from Gulf Coast College and then she received her BSN from Midwestern State University in Texas. She is currently pursing her MSN. Kylene has been at Red River Hospital since 2005 in the positions of Charge Nurse of the Adult Psychiatric Unit and Assistant Director of Nursing. Ms. Hebert served as the Interim Director of Nursing position in 2010. Ms. Hebert has experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology as well as mental health, and has previously held the position of the Wellness Director for the U.S. Marine Corps in Okinawa, Japan. She is a member of the Texas Association for Healthcare Quality.

Director of Business Development:
J Yvonne Downs
Yvonne Downs has 20 years of marketing experience with 12 years of experience at Red River Hospital. She has served as a Business Development Director for 7 years and as a community liaison 5 years prior. She has experience with sales and marketing in healthcare, community outreach and financial institutions with a vast knowledge of Texas and Oklahoma’s community needs and services. Yvonne finds it very rewarding to be involved in making a difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones.
