Danielle started her career path as a Behavioral Health Tech at Red River Hospital in 2002. She worked all units and became a case manager in 2004 after obtaining her Bachelors in Social Work and obtaining her LBSW. She assisted in starting the geriatric program, and worked on the CD unit as case manager prior to leaving in 2007 to work at a children’s home in Oklahoma. Danielle returned to Red River in 2009/2010 as LMSW after obtaining her Masters in Social Work from University of Oklahoma. She has worked in Intake and Admissions, Adult unit, and CD unit, and as the lead therapist on Children and Adolescent unit. In 2011, she transitioned to the Military unit as a therapist. Danielle completed her LCSW in 2013 and served as the Program Director on the Military Unit until 2013, assisting with Business and Program Development. Danielle started her own private practice from 2013-2016 and 2020 to present. Danielle has also worked as Behavioral Health Consultant at both Sheppard Air Force Base and Ft. Sill, serving as a Provider in the Mental Health Clinic for dependents on base. Danielle’s leadership background has also included being an Executive Director at a Residential Facility. She has been trained in evidence based treatment for trauma recovery and licensed to provide substance abuse treatment. Danielle is very thankful for all the opportunities Red River Hospital has provided her over the years. Danielle continues to be passionate for both mental health and substance abuse recovery. She is very driven to serve the military as her husband is a retired veteran of 26 years. They have 5 children that keep them very busy. When not working, they are at sporting events or in the swimming pool.
