Red River Hospital is the leading provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare in Wichita Falls, TX. Our treatment services & specialized programs address drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring mental illness.

Our Child and Adolescent Unit specializes in treating psychiatric and behavioral disorders in youth between the ages of 12 and 17. Treatment services are focused on helping patients and their families develop the necessary coping skills to deal with the stressors that led to the need for hospitalization. A board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist oversee the multi-disciplinary treatment team who provide a multitude of treatment modalities, including:

  • Didactic educational groups
  • Family therapy
  • Individual therapy
  • Experiential therapies
  • Medication management

Our caring and compassionate staff are dedicated to providing our younger patients with the highest quality of care in the safest and most comfortable environment possible.
